      The number of allowed session changes or cancellations for each course is one session out of eight.
      If the student or their family has assignments, they are responsible for submitting them within the specified timeframe.
      In case the teacher is unable to hold a class for any reason, a makeup class will be scheduled in coordination with the student.
      In each eight-session course, if there are more than one absence, that session will be counted as part of the sessions conducted.
      Registration or extension of any course is done before the start of the course.
